We export all of our products worldwide from New Zealand or our distribution centers in New York and Germany. For export orders we do not need to charge GST, and thus the purchase price is less than standard retail prices.
We export all products either through DHL or NZ Post's International Express Track & Trace system. We do not ship export orders to any address within New Zealand.
Export orders are pre-paid either by wire transfer or internet banking. We do not accept credit cards, money orders, bank checks, company checks, etc. for export orders. All shipping risk rests with the client, and we encourage you to purchase appropriate risk insurance to cover any loss or damage. We will send you the shipping documents as proof of dispatch, and any further shipping issues are taken care of by the client.
We add all shipping costs to the purchase price, and please check with us first if you need to know freight charges before you purchase.
Note that all Apple products have a global Apple warranty and that other products are warranted by us, and may require shipment back to us for service.
