We are a NZ firm and stock brand-new Apple equipment in New Zealand. We sell through mail order and deliver in some areas. Our equipment is purchased mainly in the US in large quantities, express-shipped to New Zealand and couriered to our customers with overnight delivery. We maintain good stock at our hub in Tauranga. Our equipment prices include GST and free overnight Courier Post dispatch within hours after you order. In some areas we deliver same day (i.e. Waikato, Bay of Plenty).

Special student prices are at least $100 off the Apple Education Store pricing, subject to availability. When you compare prices, watch out for sellers who do not include GST in their prices.

Macs are well supported in New Zealand - and worldwide
All Apple products come standard with a global 12-month warranty, and all Apple Centres worldwide, including in New Zealand, honour the global warranty. We offer 3-year AppleCare warranties for extended protection. We send free overnight courier labels to any client who would like us to handle their warranty repairs through Apple, rather than doing it themselves. We provide free loaner units when available. All equipment is in original Apple boxes. It is exactly the same equipment you buy at an Apple authorised distributor anywhere or through the NZ Apple Store - except cheaper because we sell large quantities in New Zealand and overseas and do not have the expense of maintaining a physical store.

We help keep Mac prices down in New Zealand
We compete with the Apple distribution system in New Zealand and help to keep Mac prices down by demonstrating that Kiwis can purchase Macs at competitive global market prices, rather than at locally set monopoly prices. Parallel importing has been made legal by the NZ legislature many years ago - so that New Zealanders are not subject to inflated prices, driven up by exclusive franchises. With more than 1,000 units sold by us in New Zealand each year, we have established a superb reputation for excellent personal service, a huge selection of custom-configured Macs, fair pricing and immediate attention to client needs, and we thank our clients and resellers for supporting our effort!

We provide minute-by-minute GPS track information to our clients

We are currently testing a new system, where our clients can dial into our ToshTrack web site and see the exact location of their package, through a GPS locator packed with our units. Once the package is received, you simply drop off the pre-paid courier envelope with the GPS unit at the nearest Post Office - and you never have to worry about where your new Mac is.

We are a NZ-based GST-registered corporation
Triaxis Ltd., and operate our 24/7 mailorder store under the trade name "toshcomputers.com" in New Zealand and other countries. For exported products we deduct the GST from the purchase price, and ship per track/trace international express (shipping costs added), i.e. with 72-hour delivery to Australia. Read more about us:
